She  is a Registered Aromatherapist graduating from the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy, a Reflexologist, Reiki Master and is currently a candidate for certification as a  Holistic Health Practitioner, Nutritional Consultant and Master Herbalist with the Global College of Natural Medicine to be completed in 2010.

She is a member of  National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) and Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Let medicine be your food and

As we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people
permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fears,
our presence automatically
liberates others.

To take medicine only when you are
sick is like digging a well only when you
are thirsty.  Is it not already
too late?
